About
For the last ten years, I’ve been working in startup technology companies in Edmonton, a city that alternates between brutally cold winters and beautiful, life affirming summers. In that time, I’ve worked on a Napster clone, a global multicast network, a distributed text editing tool, and a social networking site used by millions of people.
I’ve learned a lot about how to build a great team of coders in that time, and I’m hoping to use this blog to share that knowledge. I will also be using it to show off just how opinionated I can be about technology and the way things Should Be.
